About Structural Integration Services
Structural Integration (SI) is a hands-on osteopathy therapy that focuses on realigning the body structure and aims to turn the impaired status into its normal anatomical state. This therapy especially benefits children during their physical development. When children are injured from falls or minor accidents, they may have internally altered their injured connective tissue, joints, and muscles. Even a minor tear could cause thicker tissues, awkward postures, and multi-structural issues. These changes may express themselves as a slight limp, lower energy, or a decrease in range of motion or strength. Sometimes they could have severe scoliosis or kyphosis. The goal of SI therapy is to improve structural alignment, increase body comfort, and enhance athletic performance.
